The new VAYU Aura V5 is the next development of the popular Aura series, keeping a familiar shape while introducing distinctive new details underneath the skin. The canopy layout now features radial wingtip seams and revised spanwise seams with built-in skin tensioning, for a cleaner, more responsive wing with improved strength and durability. The profile has been revised for improved balance and handling, built from a hybrid mix of Teijin 5x5 and 2x2 ripstop with Dimension-Polyant T835 X-Ply windows. The Leading Edge tube places an extra-strong ALUULA FX86 center combined with Challenge DKC 160 and Teijin Dacron, with a blended stiffness profile extending to the wingtips for friendly, forgiving handling. The Aura V5 comes with a Click Boom V2 for easier hand placement and the option of VAYU's exclusive Pistol Click-Boom, carrying forward the balance and playful handling the Aura is known for in a cleaner, more refined package.
