RENTAL CONDITIONS:
1. The client is totally responsible of all rented equipment.
2. The client has some knowledge on how to use equipment , for kitesurf rental, minimum level to go upwind is required (Level 3 IKO, Level 5 VDWS).
3. The person renting equipment is aware of the risks and is responsible to any damages to him/herself, third party and/or material. Wingwing Fuerteventura (Mathieu Rimbaud) is not responsible for any body damages caused by the user or outside parties.
4. The rental will be charged at the end of the rental period or maximum every 7 days.
5. If rented equipment is damaged (gear check), the liquidated damages policy will be applied. Check our liquidated damages policy and gear check.
6. Equipment lost, stolen must be reported to the police and paid according to the price list of the day available on request.
7. A deposit will be charged for all rented equipment (check Deposit policy). If the rented equipment is not returned, the deposit will be charged and the theft will be reported to the local police.
8. The deposit will be released after the rental period and complete material check.
9. By signing the contract, you declare to fully agree with all contractual terms (rental conditions, liquidated damages policy, deposit policy and gear check) , after having given personal details.
10. Please check the wind conditions and spots, adapt them to your own level of practice.

Up to 10 cm length: 70€ / per cut. 
Leading edge & struts bladders open : 100€ / per cut. 
Above 10cm liquidated damage to be defined. 
In case of repair value exceeding 200€, value of the price list of the day available on request shall be paid for the damaged equipment.
Boards/ Foils: 
To be defined depending of the damages.
