The VAYU Aura V4 is a very impressive all-round wing that focuses on being light, stable and easy to control rather than being an extreme race or freestyle wing. On the water, its biggest strength is how balanced it feels: the wing has a light, almost effortless feeling in your hands, while still producing solid power and acceleration. The reduced-diameter leading edge and ALUULA construction help keep the frame stiff and responsive, so it doesn't feel floppy when you are powered up or pumping onto foil.
Its handling is particularly good for carving, gybes and tacks because the wing rotates quickly and responds accurately to small movements on the carbon boom. It also performs very well when flagged out, making it a strong choice for waves, downwinders and freefly, where you want the wing to stay light and stable rather than pulling against you.
